Position Title: Business Analyst - People Operations

Pay Range: $84,000 - $90,000

Position Overview:
The Business Analyst assists with the compilation of requirements and influences design choices for technical projects.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Serve as thought leader for technical business processes and workflows, developing forward-thinking systems prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity.
- Partner with other stakeholder teams across programs to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes.
- Ensure user requirements for new initiatives enable maximum usability.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Document data flows and business workflows using visualization tools (Visio, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.
- Serves as a liaison between multiple vendors and internal staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Google and Microsoft applications (including Visio). experience with Smartsheet is a plus.
- Proven capabilities in project and user-testing management.
- Proven development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
- High proficiency with database management.
- Adept at data visualization.
- Highly proficient technical writing capabilities.
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Proficient with data analysis and data architecture.
- Proficient with generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to implement large-scale technology projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science or related field (additional experience in lieu of degree will be considered).
- 5+ years of proven experience in an analytics and systems development capacity.
- 5+ years of experience implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.
- 5+ years of Experience implementing Contact Center systems such as Genesys.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Will constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
- Will frequently communicate over video calls with internal and external stakeholders.
